The Cottage Grove Community Foundation welcomes your request for funds to support local initiatives. Requests are reviewed at scheduled CGCF Board meetings.
Eligibility: The requestor may be an individual, group, a business, or an organization. The proposed project must directly benefit the Cottage Grove community.
